A key highlight is Caesars’ pledge to minimizing their environmental impact. They are highly concentrated on decreasing waste, preserving water, and lowering their carbon footprint. Their ultimate objective is to reach net-zero greenhouse gas emissions by 2050, an ambition growing in popularity within the corporate realm. As proof of their dedication, Caesars effectively decreased their water usage by a considerable 14% from 2019 to 2022.
Caesars is also firmly devoted to cultivating a diverse, fair, and inclusive workplace. Their aim is to attain equal gender and racial representation across all leadership tiers by 2025. They’ve made substantial headway, with a 106% surge in the number of individuals of color in senior management roles between 2020 and 2022.
Acknowledging the significance of education, Caesars initiated a new program for its workforce called “All-in On Education” in July 2022. This initiative offers employees an array of tools, including tuition support, assistance with college savings, scholarships, and debt reduction possibilities. The program has witnessed impressive participation since its inception, with nearly one-third of employees utilizing the educational resources. Twenty-two employees were granted scholarships up to $20,000, and a cohort of 400 employees received a combined $1 million in aid to diminish their student loan obligations.
